Jennifer joined the Tepper School Undergraduate Programs team in July 2025 as Director of High Impact Learning, where she works to connect students with experiential learning opportunities such as the Pro Trek series, case competitions, and study abroad. She also serves as an academic advisor to Tepper School additional majors and minors.
Jennifer has been a staff member at Carnegie Mellon University since 1999, working in various advising and administrative roles in career services. She has been a career counselor to both graduate and undergraduate Tepper School students during her time at the University.
Jennifer’s undergraduate degree is in English Literature, with minors in Writing and Business, from Slippery Rock University. She also holds a Master of Arts in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies, walking her dog, reading fiction and biographies, and baking.
