Rebecca Joyce is the Executive Director of the Accelerate Leadership Center. Prior to joining the Tepper School, Rebecca worked at Comcast within their Talent & Learning Organization. She was responsible for enterprise-wide change management strategies, culture and employee listening initiatives, and employee growth and development experiences. As the Tri-State Senior Director of Sales at Comcast Advertising, Rebecca also led, developed, and trained award-winning sales teams before moving into the talent space.
Rebecca earned an MBA from St. Joseph's University and a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from University of Pennsylvania. Rebecca is a certified professional coach with the International Coach Federation, graduating from Duquesne University's Coach Certification Program.
