Operations Management examines the design of systems for sourcing, production and delivery of goods and services. Research and study at the Tepper School include supply chain management, revenue management, retail operations, sustainability, operations strategy, energy, health care, innovation, and the interaction of operations with areas such as marketing, accounting, economics, finance, information systems, computer science, engineering and public policy.
